Pete Martin

Pete has been building and managing small, fast-moving start-up teams for over 18 years. He is also a hands-on technologist with a passion for big data, machine learning, innovative web architectures and scalable web systems. In his current role as VP of Engineering at Pixability, his focus is on people and process. Prior to Pixability, Pete was the VP of Engineering at Tremor Video, a video advertising and analytics platform serving billions of ads per month, and the first employee and Architect at ScanScout. Every job that Pete takes starts with him coding and growing the team and technology over the course of 5+ years. Pete will share his thoughts on people and management patterns he has seen be effective over the last 20 years.
